It closely cooperates with the management teams of the operating units. Financial management, resource allocation planning, management of the real estate portfolio and corporate communications are part of the responsibilities of the Corporate Office.
The responsibility and authority to operate the various businesses are delegated to the four operating units. The Chief Executive Officers of the four operating units report to their respective Board of Directors and thus, ultimately to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Holding Company. |
