2006: Concentrating on growth opportunities - 14% increase of net revenues

Diethelm Keller Group, with headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland), operates companies and branch offices in 40 countries and has representatives, franchisees and licensees in 50 further countries, employing (at the end of 2006) 25,346 people.

In line with the strategy of ensuring long-term sustainable success and sustained profitability, Diethelm Keller's portfolio of companies is well balanced and provided at the end of 2006 a better risk profile than in the previous year. Consolidated transaction value increased by

7 percent to CHF 10,095 millions and the consolidated sales under IFRS rose by 14 percent to CHF 6,502 millions*.
