2010: Navigating through stormy waters

The heading of the 2010 Annual Review of Diethelm Keller Holding Ltd. properly reflects the developments during the period of the report. Against a challenging background, the Diethelm Keller Group succeeded in increasing operational effeciency and focusing strategically on the most promising business segments. As a result, total sales increased by 17 percent to CHF 11,422 millions and the net sales under IFRS amounted to CHF 7,794 millions*.

Diethelm Keller Group, with headquarters in Zurich (Switzerland), operates companies and branch offices in 40 countries and has representatives, franchisees and licensees in 51 further countries, employing 25,959 people.
